Masterclasses are held monthly throughout the academic year, with each session aligned to the thematic focus of that month’s curriculum. Students in the Full formative year programme attend the complete cycle of masterclasses from September to June. Students in the Spring & Summer Term join the cycle from January onwards.
Who selects the professionals who lead the masterclasses?
Visiting professionals are selected by the Academy’s faculty and director in relation to the annual curriculum structure, the professional’s alignment with the Academy’s educational philosophy, and their capacity for genuine engagement with young adults. Prestige alone is not a selection criterion — what matters is the quality of the encounter and the educational value it can generate.
